VirtueStaff LLC is seeking a Paid Media Specialist / Media Buyer to build and manage the paid customer acquisition engine for a hospitality and surf retreat brand. You will own paid social ads on Facebook and Instagram, turning target booking and revenue goals into actionable campaigns and tests.

Collaborating directly with the founder, you will transform raw photo and video assets into high-converting creatives, monitor KPI performance, and optimize CAC, ROAS, and delivery.
