Business Development Representative

Corsa is recruiting a Business Development Representative for a client serving businesses in the automotive industry.

This is primarily an appointment-setting role. You’ll prospect through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, connect with business owners and decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings with the founder.

Previous experience in sales closing or account management is highly appreciated, and candidates with either background will receive preference. The client is open to promoting a strong performer into a Sales Closer and/or Account Manager position. We’re looking for someone ambitious, hungry to succeed, and motivated to earn greater responsibility through results.

Responsibilities

- Generate qualified appointments through outbound prospecting.
- Navigate gatekeepers and build rapport with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects based on fit, need, interest, and timing.




- Follow up consistently and support strong meeting attendance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and clear next steps.

Requirements

- Proven experience in appointment setting, business development, or outbound sales.
- Strong cold-calling skills and confidence handling objections.
- Advanced spoken and written English.
- Experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM systems.
- Strong organization, initiative, and dependable follow-through.
- Full-time availability and readiness to start immediately.

Sales closing or account management experience will receive preference.
