This person also brings AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce into production, improving sales and service workflows across the platform.

Strong grasp of Salesforce security, integrations, and platform performance rounds out the role.WHAT YOU WILL DO - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.- Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.- Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.- Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.- Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.- Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation. MUST HAVES - 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers,
