We are seeking an Operations & Process Manager / Staffing Manager to drive structure, efficiency, and strategic alignment across our staffing and supply operations in the LATAM region. If you thrive on transforming ambiguous, complex situations into streamlined processes and building robust frameworks for resource and staffing management, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and continuously refine operational processes within the staffing & supply function, including bench management and resource utilization strategies
- Analyze complex, evolving workflows to identify inefficiencies and architect scalable solutions
- Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure consistency across teams
- Lead cross-functional coordination to guarantee seamless execution of daily operations throughout the LATAM region
- Convert unstructured, ambiguous information into clear, actionable frameworks and strategic plans
- Mentor team members on best practices for process management and operational excellence




- Partner with senior stakeholders to align operational strategy with broader business objectives
- Anticipate potential bottlenecks and proactively implement preventive measures
- Operate autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in an IT company, with a track record of managing staffing or operational processes
- Native proficiency in Spanish
- Advanced, fluent proficiency in English for professional and strategic communication
- Expertise in structured, analytical thinking with a strong problem-solving orientation
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and translate complexity into clear, actionable processes
- Background in organizational leadership with meticulous attention to detail
- Qualifications in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
- Familiarity with driving process improvements autonomously and with a strong sense of ownership
