Job Title: Assistant Property Manager - US Residential Leasing
Location: Remote, Latin America.
Salary Range: USD 1,500-1,800 per month.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM US Eastern.
Contractor Note: Independent contractor position.

About the Role:
Support a US residential property-management team through hands-on leasing and property administration.

Position Overview:
Manage leasing administration, renewals, move-ins and move-outs, with clear communication to residents and owners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support residential leasing and renewal administration.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out records and communications.
• Communicate professionally with residents and owners.
• Research unfamiliar situations, act independently where appropriate and escalate when needed.

Qualifications:




• Hands-on leasing or property-management administration for US residential properties.
• Primary experience in leasing and property-management administration.
• Excellent English fluency and comprehension.
• Availability for the stated US Eastern schedule.

Nice-to-Haves:
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• AppFolio or LeadSimple experience.
• Day-to-day property operations and issue triage experience.
