- Serve as trusted Compensation & Benefits partner to the VP People & Culture Americas and senior leaders, providing expertise, sound judgement and constructive challenge.
- Navigate main stakeholders, competing priorities and ambiguity to build alignment, resolve obstacles and deliver outcomes.
- Partner across People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Tax and Payroll, and represent Americas priorities in global forums and transformation initiatives.
- Manage base salary structures and compensation frameworks and review market trends to ensure market competitiveness and internal consistency.
