We are searching for the best talent for the Regional Sr Medical Manager Oncology LATAM to be in Colombia, Mexico, or Brazil.
Purpose: Regional Sr Medical Affairs Manager is responsible to co-lead and drive Medical Affairs strategy in close alignment with the IBVT.
You will be responsible for:




- Strong connection with global and local MAF teams fostering collaboration and ensuring local needs are brought up and the global strategy cascade down.
- Contribute to the development of the worldwide medical affairs strategy (WWMAS) shaping and influencing the integral team to have LATAM gaps and needs incorporated in it.
- Develop the regional and contribute to global IEGP, lead and follow-up of regional MAF initiatives for molecules under their responsibility.
- Responsible for Data generation activities execution as the study responsible physician / specialist in accordance with current SOPs and aligned with MAO.
- Connect and engage with relevant external stakeholdersto gain input,prepare, andshape the environmentfor the applicable therapeutic area.
- Develop in collaboration with the IBVT the brand and business strategy, fostering an environment where decisions are driven by science and data.
- Co-responsible of J&J; compliance.
