We're seeking a Benefits Broker Account Associate to support a leading employee benefits organization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What you'll do
- Support employee benefits account management
- Review and validate client data and documentation
- Follow up on missing information with brokers
- Assist with renewals and benefits administration
- Manage reports, spreadsheets, and operational processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy

What we're looking for
- Experience within a PEO environment (Required)
- Background in Employee Benefits, Health Insurance, Payroll, or HR Operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
