Schedule: Full-time, aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (operational hours begin approximately 7-8 AM ET)
Salary: $2,000/month base + 5% commission on every sale you close
About Us
We are a digital marketing agency founded in 2012, specializing in local SEO for home service businesses such as roofing, plumbing, HVAC, remodeling, and construction companies. With a team of 26+ across the U.S. and Latin America and over 200 active clients, we help our clients understand and grow through marketing that actually moves the needle. We also manage white-label fulfillment for agencies that outsource their SEO and marketing work to us.
About This Role
We're hiring a Marketing Sales Executive to own the sales call from start to finish. You'll run discovery calls with home service business owners, figure out what's holding their marketing back, and walk them through how we can fix it. You're the one who gets the deal across the line. If you like talking to business owners, asking good questions, and closing, this is the seat.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Run discovery calls with home service business owners

- Ask the right questions to uncover their goals, pain points, and what they've already tried
- Present our local SEO and marketing services in a way that ties directly to their business goals
- Handle objections and close the sale on the call or through tight follow-up
- Follow up with prospects who need more time and keep deals moving
- Keep the CRM accurate, with notes, deal stages, and next steps logged after every call
- Hand off closed clients to the fulfillment team with clear notes on what was sold
- Share what you're hearing on calls (objections, common questions, patterns) so we can sharpen our pitch

What We're Looking For:
- A natural closer who's comfortable asking for the sale
- Someone who listens more than they talk on discovery, then connects the dots
- Confident and clear on video and phone calls with U.S. business owners
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
