BairesDev is a 100% remote technology company seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to partner with US sales leaders and build AI-powered automations that drive new deals and account expansion. You will design ABM programs across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail, coordinating with each account's sales owner.

You’ll create signal-based workflows using Clay, n8n/Make/Zapier with CRM data, and report results to leadership weekly. Fluency in English is required to thrive in this general role.
