Tidal is hiring a Retention Manager to support a fast-growing general eCommerce brand, focusing on the technical and analytical side of lifecycle marketing. You’ll own structure, logic, and experimentation behind email and SMS in Klaviyo and Attentive, aiming to improve customer lifetime value and repeat purchases.
You’ll be part of a performance marketing team, executing campaigns, flows, and automations, including A/B testing and content uploading.
