We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Project & Development Services in Mexico.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of corporate interior and commercial Real Estate projects, acting as the primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
This role requires a professional who can independently manage multiple project workstreams while maintaining strong control over scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, procurement, safety, and client expectations.
The idóneo candidate is highly organized, proactive, client-oriented, financially disciplined, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage both strategic project decisions and detailed day-to-day execution.
The Project Manager is expected to take ownership of the project, anticipate risks and issues, develop solutions, elevate when appropriate,
and ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the client’s objectives, corporate standards, and agreed project parameters.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage projects successfully throughout design, procurement, construction, handover, and close-out.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords, and specialty consultants.
- Lead project meetings, track decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, forecasts, commitments, and change orders.
- Manage procurement, RFPs, bid evaluations, contractor selection, and contract execution.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, documentation, and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, design, procurement, construction, and operations.
