CompassX is partnering with an enterprise client to support a fast‑moving AI‑driven initiative connecting their Oracle E-Business Suite environment to a broader integration and applications ecosystem. This is a chance to work at the architecture and development level on a genuinely complex problem for an organization that's investing seriously in modernizing how its core ERP talks to the rest of its new applications and technology stack.

What You’ll Do
- Design and build a common data‑services layer that connects multiple, differently configured Oracle EBS instances across regions - reconciling real differences between environments rather than treating them as identical
- Expose EBS data through integrations and APIs to other systems, with a particular focus on Manufacturing, Inventory, and Item Master data
- Work hands‑on with PL/SQL, EBS Open Interfaces, and standard APIs - this is a build role, not a configuration role
- Partner directly with other developers and technical stakeholders as a peer - you'll be the one they come to with questions about the SQL and architecture, not someone translating between business and engineering
- Bring an architect's perspective to the work: looking across distinct systems, spotting where approaches diverge, and designing a solution that holds up across all of them rather than solving
