About This Role:
We are hiring a Sr. Media Buyer/Paid Media Specialist for a DTC furniture and home decor brand serving the US market. You will own paid media execution, improve customer acquisition, and scale profitable growth across multiple advertising channels. This hands-on role combines media buying, creative strategy, and email and SMS marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:




- Own paid media campaigns: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest, including campaign structure, targeting, bidding, testing, and scaling.
- Manage budgets and profitable growth: Build media plans, allocate spending across channels, and adjust budgets based on performance and business priorities. Lead prospecting and retargeting strategies to acquire customers efficiently.
- Guide creative strategy: Work with the creative team to develop effective concepts, hooks, messaging, offers, and formats. Turn performance insights into clear briefs and actionable feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
- Lead structured testing: Develop creative and campaign testing roadmaps, identify winning approaches, and use findings to guide future tests and scaling decisions.
- Execute email and SMS marketing: Use Klaviyo and Postscript to build and optimize camp
