Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for building integral teams? Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple international regions, with a strong focus on LATAM, the Philippines, Europe, and Asia.
Location: Colombia (Preferred), Guatemala, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, and Honduras
Experience: 2+ Years
Requirements (Must Have)
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting internationally across multiple regions
- Experience recruiting candidates in LATAM and the Philippines (Europe is a strong plus)
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Experience conducting interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment processes




- Experience working with ATS platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-region organizations
- Background in Staffing, RPO, or complex recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting across diverse international labor markets
- Exposure to global HR practices and employment regulations
- Previous experience recruiting in Europe
