Sterlington PLLC is seeking a proactive People & Development leader to own attorney development from the ground up, build feedback cadences, and create community programs for associates working across the Americas. This is a remote, full-time independent contractor role with overlap to US Eastern Time.
You will design learning programs grounded in adult learning theory, coach attorneys, analyze utilization data, and partner with firm leadership to drive engagement and retention.
