Schedule: Adaptable / Asynchronous with partial U.S. overlap (Turnaround speed on proposal drafts is prioritized over rigid live desk hours)
Compensation:
- Latin America (LATAM): $1,800 – $2,200 USD / month ($21.6k – $26.4k/year)
- South Africa (SA): $1,700 – $2,000 USD / month ($20.4k – $24k/year) Reports To: Head of Wedding Sales & Managing Partner (Derek)

To unblock sales leadership and accelerate deal velocity, they are adding a dedicated Sales Operations & Proposal Specialist to own their digital proposal pipeline.
Role Overview
They are seeking an articulate, tech-savvy Sales Operations & Proposal Specialist to serve as the engine behind their sales pipeline.
In this role, you will take raw discovery call notes and run them through an AI-assisted workflow (extracting buyer personas, quote parameters, and customized package options) to build sleek, high-converting digital proposal web pages on ShowIt. You will turn around 80% to 90% complete proposal drafts within hours of a discovery call, ready for final executive review.
Because their brand identity relies on elevated, non-corny, high-end messaging that appeals to luxury event planners and high-net-worth clients, exceptional written English, strong aesthetic intuition, and prompt-engineering comfort are mandatory.
