Key Responsibilities - Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from initial kickoff to offer negotiation and closing.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and headhunting.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define specialized candidate profiles.
- Conduct rigorous technical screenings to assess both hard skills and cultural alignment.
- Act as a brand ambassador,

Requirements - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (Senior level) or 3+ years (Mid-level).

- Proven track record of hiring across diverse technical domains, including Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack), IT Infrastructure, or ERP systems like SAP.
- Deep understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, and the nuances of various engineering roles.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a high-growth, results-oriented environment. Nice-to-Haves - Experience working in both agency and in-house environments.
- Established network within the SAP or specialist DevOps communities.
- Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting.
