Position Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with an overall interest in digital marketing and content creation, a strong ability to distill complex concepts into effective graphics and infographics, as well as a sharp eye for laying out print and online collateral such as reports, decks, and brochures. The designer must also have excellent attention to detail. Experience creating pieces optimized for social media and basic video editing skills are a plus
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of designers and educational/marketing content creators to conceptualize, design, and develop/source deliverables. You'll also work with the Design Director to ensure a consistent brand experience across all deliverables that support our core product.




Key Responsibilities
- Consult and gather requirements; create design briefs
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that may include decks, print materials (PDF), data visualization and infographics, social media pieces, brand merchandise, and other pop materials
- Develop concepts by hand or with software and execute original content, determining the idóneo color, typography, imagery, and layout usage
- Collaborate with other creatives, including designers, to finalize projects.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials, ensuring they align with the company's branding guidelines and reinforce brand identity
- Maintain internal databases of designs, assets, photography, and video, as well as keeping documentation
- Follow the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content manag
