Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The adecuado candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, possesses excellent communication skills, and can manage front desk operations in a fast-paced legal environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 09:00AM - 05:00PM EDT (United States of America)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:




- Scheduling and confirming client consultations and attorney meetings
- Assisting with client intake processes and collecting necessary documentation
- Coordinating calendars and meeting schedules for attorneys and staff
- Communicating with clients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and information requests
- Answering, screening, and routing incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, front desk, or administrative support roles
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with native-level English proficiency
- Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serv
