Icor Colombia is looking for a Architect to join our Team. We're looking for an early-career architect who's ready to take on real projects and grow with a supportive, design-driven team.
What you'll do:
- Design interior environments that balance function, materiality, and user experience
- Contribute to urban design and planning projects, from site analysis to master planning
- Integrate sustainable systems and passive design strategies (daylighting, natural ventilation, thermal performance) into every stage of design
- Support project management, including coordinating schedules, deliverables, and consultant teams
- Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and clients from concept through construction documents

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 2–4 years of professional experience in an architecture or design firm




- Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion (Revit, Enscape, or Adobe Suite a plus)
- Understanding of sustainable design principles and passive strategies; LEED or similar knowledge is a plus
- Interest or experience in urbanism and planning
- Strong organizational skills with exposure to project coordination or management
- Advanced English required / English proficiency at B2 level minimum; C1/C2 preferred
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
- Basic knowledge in MEP installations
- Remote work
- Permanent contract, directly with the company
- Hands-on involvement in projects from concept to completion
