The People Location Lead serves as the senior People partner for an EPAM location, taking ownership of the local People strategy, connecting the global and regional agenda to local execution, and functioning as a trusted advisor and escalation contact for location leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide the location's leadership team with a People-focused perspective to inform decisions and shape the local agenda




- Drive and align local People initiatives with the broader regional model and business priorities
- Review location-level metrics such as engagement, attrition, and performance, and collaborate with leadership to build action plans
- Tailor and roll out People programs, processes, and policies to fit the local environment
- Guarantee adherence to local labor laws and corporate policy requirements
- Serve as the point of escalation for sensitive employee issues, including conflicts and compliance concerns
- Track organizational health indicators and flag risks to leadership proactively
- Bridge integral and regional People teams with on-the-ground realities, ensuring proper execution and feedback loops
- Partner with leadership to shape location-specific initiatives aimed at boosting performance, culture, and employee experience
