Role Overview
At Job Duck, we connect talented professionals with growing law firms that need dedicated team members to help drive case progress and deliver exceptional client service. We are seeking a Personal Injury Intake and Case Manager who is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal process while ensuring cases move forward efficiently. In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, courts, and legal staff. Monday to Friday from Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Following up on outstanding requests with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties
- Reporting claims and assisting with claim-related processes
- Communicating with courts regarding case-related matters and updates
- Monitoring case progress and helping move files through each stage of the case lifecycle
- Requesting and obtaining medical records and supporting case documentation
- Conducting client intake activities and gathering necessary information and documentation
- Identifying and proactively resolving case bottlenecks
