Algofy is a performance-based agency with a high volume of e-commerce and lead gen clients, where speed and accuracy of reporting directly support optimization and client communication. We're hiring a Reporting Specialist to build and maintain the automated reporting layer that supports our paid media team.

What you'll do

- Build, maintain, and scale automated reports and dashboards using Dataslayer and Google Sheets
- Connect data sources (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, GA4, and others) and keep pipelines reliable
- Standardize report templates across e-commerce and lead gen clients, with the right KPIs for each model (e.g., ROAS, revenue, CPA, CPL, lead quality)
- Monitor data quality: catch broken connectors, discrepancies, and anomalies before they reach the client
- Support paid media managers with recurring and ad-hoc reporting so they can spend their time on strategy and optimization
- Work with the tracking team to align reported numbers with the tracking setup
- Document report logic, formulas, and processes so the system is scalable and easy to hand over
- Proactively suggest automations and improvements that save the team time

What we're looking for

Must have

- Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, Apps Script is a plus)
- Experience with Dataslayer or similar connectors (Supermetrics, Funnel, etc.)
- Solid understanding of paid media metrics and how they differ for e-commerce vs. lead gen
- Attention to detail and a habit of validating data before sharing it
- Ability to manage reporting for many clients with consistent quality and deadlines
- Clear communication with paid media managers: you understand what they need from a report, not just what they asked for

Nice to have

- Experience with Looker Studio or other BI tools




- Familiarity with GA4 and platform reporting
- Experience in a performance-based agency
- Basic scripting or API knowledge

- Time saved for the paid media team
- Fewer data discrepancy escalations
