Role Overview
Job Duck is seeking a bilingual Legal Assistant and Client Intake Specialist to support a growing law firm focused on federal civil rights matters. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by serving as an important first point of contact for prospective clients while also providing valuable legal support to the attorneys and broader team. The idóneo candidate will be comfortable conducting detailed intake conversations, identifying relevant information, and preparing clear and concise legal documentation.



This role is well suited for a thoughtful, organized, and compassionate professional who can communicate confidently with individuals experiencing challenging circumstances while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Communicating professionally, compassionately, and respectfully with prospective clients, including individuals experiencing significant loss or difficult circumstances
- Documenting information obtained during intake calls and maintaining organized records
- Conducting detailed intake conversations to gather relevant information regarding prospective matters
- Taking on additional legal support responsibilities as knowledge of the firm and its processes develops
