TMF Group is looking for an HR Associate to support our HR Operations team. This role is adecuado for early-career professionals who are eager to grow in Human Resources, gain exposure to international HR processes, and work in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR administrative activities related to Joiners, Movers, and Leavers
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining employee records
- Update and manage HR databases and systems (e.g. SAGE )
- Prepare, amend, and organize HR documentation such as employment contracts, addendums,



and letters
- Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Generate HR reports as required
- Assist with payroll input preparation and support other HR functions
- Proactively manage assigned tasks using digital workflow tools
- Prepare requested documentation on time, following established procedures and standards
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all deliverables
- Support the completion and tracking of training assessments

Key Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration
- Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering , or related fields
- written and spoken (Mandatory)
- Strong interest in continuous learning within HR
- Hands-on experience with digital tools and HR systems
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
