Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Legal Assistant to support our growing personal injury practice. Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Requesting and following up on police reports, medical records, and related documentation.
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding claims and coverage.
- Preparing and sending Letters of Representation.
- Managing a caseload of personal injury matters throughout the pre-litigation phase.
- Preparing and organizing documentation for negotiations and potential settlements.
- Providing regular case updates regarding insurance coverage, treatment status, and case developments.
- Maintaining regular communication and follow-up with clients to ensure an excellent client experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar role within a personal injury law firm
