The Role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Product Associate to manage, develop, and optimize our portfolio of travel products across multiple platforms. This role requires strong product ownership, the ability to build supplier relationships and confidently represent Overseas Network to potential partners. The adecuado candidate will develop deep product expertise, identify growth opportunities, and ensure our offerings meet the highest quality standards.

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM EST - U.S. Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of assigned products, ensuring accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Identify, vet, and onboard new suppliers that are aligned with our brand standards.
- Manage and optimize product content across internal systems.
- Proactively engage with suppliers, present Overseas Network’s business offerings, build relationships, and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to support product development and distribution.

What We're Looking For

- C-Level English in both written and spoken (required).
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage,



present, and build relationships with international suppliers and business partners.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and a quick learner of new systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools such as Monday.com or HubSpot.
- Experience in travel, OTAs, product management, or distribution is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with supplier extranets, inventory systems, or digital distribution is a plus.
