A Day in the Life
You lead the commercial relationship with strategic retail and e-commerce partners, driving business growth across Colombia while reporting directly to commercial leadership.
- Build joint business plans and trade agreements across traditional retail, pure players, and e-commerce channels.
- Analyse sell-out, stock rotation, and inventory levels to spot growth opportunities and optimize commercial performance.
- Drive execution across physical points of sale and digital storefronts to guarantee brand visibility and stock availability.
- Negotiate promotional calendars, product launches, and digital activations with buyers and category managers.
- Partner transversally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

You bring commercial drive,

- Commercial Strategy : Proven track record managing retail accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding client relationships within FMCG or retail environments.
- E-Commerce Acumen : Practical knowledge of online retail dynamics, digital shelf execution, and promotional levers across pure players and omnichannel platforms.
- Negotiation & Influence : Strong ability to lead commercial conversations, structure win-win agreements, and secure high-impact brand presence.
- Analytical Thinking : Working knowledge of Excel to interpret sales metrics, forecast demand, and turn commercial data into sound business decisions.
- Collaborative Drive : Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, paired with professional working proficiency in English to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
