Qualifications
- 1-3 years of paid media experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Proficiency in Google Analytics,



Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend optimization strategies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Conduct keyword research, build keyword lists, and analyze search volume and market trends
- Optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, budgets, audience targeting, and ad creatives
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall results
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copy and visual assets
