Your Role:
As a Medical Coder - Inpatient , you'll provide high-level technical expertise in reviewing inpatient medical records and physician/provider documentation to accurately determine diagnoses and procedures. You'll assign appropriate MS-DRGs, APR DRGs, POA, SOI,



and ROM indicators while identifying Hospital Acquired Conditions (HACs) and Patient Safety Indicators (PSIs) that may impact quality reporting and hospital reimbursement.

What You Need:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of inpatient DRG coding experience or healthcare
- Advanced English Level B2+
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree in an allied health field.
- Certification: Active Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), or Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP) certification.
- RCM & Coding Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and phys
