We are looking for a Sales Executive & Account Manager to own the full customer lifecycle: converting qualified opportunities, onboarding new customers, driving adoption, retaining accounts, and growing a book of business over time.

This is a hybrid role that combines Customer Success, Account Management, and consultative SaaS sales. Instead of handing customers from one team to another after the contract is signed, the CGM remains the consistent owner of the relationship.

This is a high-ownership role, but you will not be expected to figure everything out alone. You will have access to:
