Huge is looking for an Associate Director of Analytics & Insights to join the Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for the measurement and optimization of high-profile digital assets (site and mobile app) as well as national media and marketing programs.



You will analyze data and develop insights around digital advertising and user engagement in order to inform critical marketing decisions. You’ll partner closely with internal strategy, creative, and program teams as well as clients to ensure that our teams are optimizing creatives frequently and measuring success.

What you'll be doing.

• Partnering closely with other creative, strategy, planning, and technology disciplines teams to make actionable client recommendations to sell in additional engagements, and to evangelize and extend our robust set of analytics offerings.

• Managing a small team of high-performing analysts to provide leadership and direction to assigned staff on all aspects of client deliverables including preparation, management of project budgets and resource allocation.
