About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) to lead the company's growth strategy, demand generation, and revenue operations.
Working closely with executive leadership, you will connect market positioning, pipeline generation, brand strategy, revenue operations, and AI automation into a unified GTM system.
A key priority is developing a strong top-of-funnel acquisition engine through owned media, newsletters, podcasts, thought leadership, and strategic content.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience leading GTM for service-based businesses, such as digital media agencies, performance marketing agencies, consulting firms, or similar professional services organizations.
This is not a traditional SaaS GTM position. The adecuado candidate understands how to position, market, and sell services, generate qualified B2B opportunities, and build scalable commercial systems.
