In this highly visible role, you will serve as a key operational partner supporting Claims leadership, claims professionals, vendors, policyholders, and external business partners. You will manage a broad range of responsibilities including budget administration, expense tracking, vendor management, payment processing, compliance documentation, records management, and return-to-work coordination.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Claims Operations and Financial Administration
• Coordinate the annual budget process for Claims Operations and Medical Management teams, including budget preparation, submission, and monthly variance reviews.
• Prepare quarterly allocated expense reports, analyze year-to-date financial activity, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Process monthly invoices and billing activities for external claims service providers.
• Prepare and submit expense reports, payment vouchers, reimbursement requests, and other financial documentation.
• Manage refund evaluations, stop-payment requests, void transactions, and associated recordkeeping.
