Aventus Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Brand & Communications Manager to lead our external communications, PR, and brand positioning in Colombia.

This role is idóneo for someone who understands the fintech landscape and knows how to build credibility, strengthen brand awareness, and position a company as a trusted market player. We need a self-driven professional who can identify opportunities, create a communications roadmap, and independently execute initiatives that support business growth.

Location - Medellin, Colombia.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's communications and brand strategy for the Colombian market;
• Create a roadmap for PR, media, events, partnerships, and brand-building activities;
• Build and manage relationships with financial, business, and fintech media;
• Coordinate interviews, media appearances, press releases, and external communications;
• Define and maintain the company's brand voice and market positioning;
• Identify relevant advertising, sponsorship, affiliate, and partnership opportunities;




• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities;
• Strengthen the company's reputation and visibility across the fintech ecosystem;
• Advise leadership on effective communication and market perception.

Major requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in PR, Communications, Brand Management, or Corporate Affairs;
• Experience in Fintech, preferably Digital Lending, Consumer Finance, BNPL, or Payments;
• Strong network within Colombian media, fintech, and business communities;
• Understanding of local affiliate, partnership, and marketing ecosystems;
• Proven ability to independently build and execute communication strategies;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• English at the level of intermediate or higher;
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and hands-on mindset.
