What Will You Do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers in the telecommunications industry. You will provide high-quality customer service by answering and managing inquiries for information or support through inbound and outbound calls.
The idóneo candidate will have a strong service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Who Are You?
• You have a High School diploma
• 2+ years customer service experience
• You are fluent in English (B 2 +)
