Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a HR Data & Insights Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Colombia. Our client is a cloud platform for business spend management (BSM). The client empowers companies worldwide with the visibility and control they need to spend smarter and safer. They provide a unified, cloud-based spend management platform that connects hundreds of organizations representing the Americas, EMEA, and APAC with millions of suppliers globally. The platform provides greater visibility into and control over how companies spend money. Small, medium, and large customers have used the platform to bring billions of dollars in cumulative spending under management.

The HR Data & Insights Analyst is a key member of the HR Data and Insights team, working globally across the organization to support strategic initiatives that address both the short- and long-term needs of the business. Using sound analytical methods, the Analyst helps build and maintain the data models, dashboards, and reports that enable scalable growth, strengthen employee engagement,



and streamline decision-making. Partnering with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (COE), the Analyst supports the implementation of data solutions that empower the modern workforce. With a strong focus on data accuracy and attention to detail, this role is instrumental in executing programs that support the company’s strategic plan and in providing the foundational analytics that drive the overall HR strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive, relevant experience, including working successfully with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (Tableau) is required.
• Intermediate subject matter knowledge of data analytics and a strong understanding of how data models support HR KPIs.
