Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CT

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal with 5+ years of experience handling motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases. The idóneo candidate will support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of personal injury claims, maintain communication with Spanish-speaking clients, and assist in case development, documentation, and settlement preparation.

Responsibilities
• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation support.
• Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication in both English and Spanish.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports,



and other case-related documentation.
• Draft correspondence, demand packages, and legal documents.
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in claims.
• Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate case files.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and settlement negotiations.

Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, with a strong focus on motor vehicle accident cases.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
