Research Analyst




Key roles and responsibilities
• Support a US bank in credit risk assessment of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans.
• Prepare the spreads and reports (for both annual reviews as well as originations) and interact with the client on a regular basis to discuss analytical aspects of work. The key activities include research and analysis of the CRE entity to assess their credit strength.
• Carry out activities including sourcing information such as updated operating statements, rent rolls, valuation and other 3rd party reports, spreading financials and conducting CRE cash flow analysis (while incorporating guarantor support), and preparing detailed credit reports.
• Good understanding of tools like Sageworks, Argus, NCino, Rockport VAL, Moody’s CMM and knowledge of market research tools with CoStar, REIS will be preferred.

Minimum & preferred education
• CA/ MBA/ CFA/ FRM
