About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Reconciliation & Payments Implementation Specialist with approximately 3 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in banking, fintech, payment processing, acquiring, or financial technology companies.

The idóneo candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes, investigate transaction discrepancies, and implement technology-driven solutions.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement and optimize financial reconciliation processes, payment integrations, and automated financial workflows using a No-Code/Low-Code platform.

• What We're Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Approximately 3 years in banking, fintech, financial operations, financial analysis, payment processing,



or financial reconciliation.
• Financial Reconciliation: Proven experience with bank reconciliations, transaction reconciliations, financial movements, discrepancy analysis, and identifying root causes.
• Banking & Fintech: Experience in the banking or fintech industry is strongly preferred.
• Acquiring & Payment Processing: Understanding of payment transactions, acquirers, payment gateways, settlement processes, and financial flows.
• Excel: Intermediate to advanced proficiency is mandatory. Practical skills will be assessed through a technical test.
• English: C1 proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English in professional and client-facing environments.
• Valid Visa: A valid visa with at least 2 years of remaining validity is mandatory.
