Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (California Time)Key ResponsibilitiesDeadline Calculation• Review court notices, filings, orders, and other case-related documents to identify and calculate applicable legal deadlines.
• Accurately document the information and sources supporting each deadline.
• Follow established verification procedures to ensure deadline accuracy.
• Escalate unclear, conflicting, or potentially time-sensitive information to the supervising legal team.

Master Calendaring• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date master calendar for active cases, including hearings, filing deadlines, and other litigation-related dates.
• Enter new deadlines and update calendar entries when schedules or case details change.
• Set and maintain appropriate reminders to ensure upcoming deadlines are visible and properly monitored.
• Coordinate with the legal team to keep all case-related obligations organized and up to date.

Court Monitoring• Monitor court dockets, notices, and case activity for new filings, orders, hearings, and scheduling changes.




• Document relevant case developments and update case records and calendars accordingly.
• Promptly communicate time-sensitive updates or changes to the appropriate members of the legal team.

Required Qualifications• California Case Experience: Previous experience as a paralegal or litigation support professional handling California personal injury or lemon law matters.
• Hands-On Docketing Experience: Practical experience with deadline calculation, legal calendaring, and court docket monitoring. Experience should go beyond general intake, records collection, or administrative case support.
• Bilingual Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Accuracy & Organization: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to review legal documents carefully, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Judgment & Follow-Through: Able to follow established procedur
