About the role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Associate Counsel, Commercial Transactions, who is best-in-class, with a high IQ and a high EQ. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic,



fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team, with abundant prospects for career advancement.

This is an early-career role on Sezzle's Legal team, working alongside our Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions on the vendor contracts we buy under and the merchant agreements we sell under. Nearly all of this work is governed by US law and negotiated in English with US counterparties. You will build real transactional skills fast: drafting, negotiating, and closing agreements with growing independence, using our playbooks and Claude-enabled contract workflows. We are looking for someone who is business-first and practical, who wants to learn how to find the path to “yes” rather than lead with “no.”
