At Silchuk Logistics LLC, we're searching for a highly motivated and energetic Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team
You'll be the face of our company, connecting with trucking companies, owner-operators, and fleet owners across the United States, building relationships, and closing deals.

Location: Medellín, Colombia (Remote) or surrounding areas.
Position: Full-Time (40 hours a week) | 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours (EST). Occasional after-hours availability may be required based on customer needs.

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Earning Potential:
• Guaranteed Base Pay: $900-$1,000 USD/month
• Expected Monthly Earnings: $1,350-$1,650 USD with commissions (approximately 50% above base salary).
• High-Performance Potential:



$1,800-$2,200+ USD/month in strong sales months, depending on individual results.
• Performance-Based Commissions: Earn more as you generate sales and grow your customer base.

As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in:
• Reaching out to trucking companies, owner-operators, and fleet owners across the United States through inbound and outbound leads.
• Presenting and promoting Silchuk's Fuel Card & Factoring Solutions.
• Guiding potential clients through the application and onboarding process.
• Maintaining regular follow-ups and managing customer information using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Brevo.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing carriers.
• Working toward individual sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
