About us
Sosville Group runs a family of small-business brokerage and marketplace companies: ATM Brokerage, plus exit marketplaces for cleaning, vending and ATM route businesses. We help owners sell their businesses and help buyers find them.
We're a small, remote team. You'll work directly with the founder and our brokers. No layers, no busywork. Your work shows up on live listings within days.

The role
We're hiring a full-time Sales, Support & Operations Associate to be the voice of our businesses on the phone. You'll make friendly outbound calls to business owners, answer inbound calls from customers, buyers and sellers, handle first-line customer and tech support, and help keep our listings complete. A technical background is a big plus.
• Type: Full-time, remote, independent contractor
• Hours: 40 hrs/week, overlapping US Eastern business hours (core hours 9am–3pm ET)
• Location: Anywhere in the Americas or Caribbean preferred (EST/CST time zones)
• Reports to: Founder, with day-to-day work alongside our ATM brokerage lead
• Pay: $6–$8 USD per hour

What you'll do

Outbound calls and soft sales (about 35%)
• Call owners of ATM, vending and cleaning businesses to ask if they'd consider selling, now or down the road
• Keep it low-pressure and conversational. You're starting relationships, not closing deals.
• Collect key info on each call: revenue range, number of locations, timeline, best contact
• Log every call in our CRM and hand interested owners to a broker

Inbound calls and customer support (about 30%)
• Answer inbound calls and emails about orders: status, shipping, returns, billing questions
• Field business brokerage inquiries from buyers and sellers, answer what you can and route the rest
• Own each issue until it's resolved or properly handed off

Tech support (about 15%)
• Provide first-line tech support: website and account issues, listing questions, basic product setup and troubleshooting
• Document recurring problems and fixes so the next answer
