?Associate Programmatic

Join our team as an Associate, Programmatic and help execute data-driven digital media campaigns while working alongside experienced strategists. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on programmatic experience who is eager to continue growing in a collaborative agency environment.

⭐ Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of programmatic media campaigns.
• Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting across DSPs.
• Gather and analyze campaign data to identify performance insights and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with strategists to prepare campaign documentation, status reports, and client deliverables.
• Measure campaign performance against objectives and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Participate in internal training sessions, publisher presentations, and team meetings to continue developing your programmatic expertise.

? Qualifications
• +1 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns.
• Some hands-on experience using DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD),



or Amazon DSP.
• B2+ English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to continue learning.
• DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon certifications are a plus.
• Candidates must be based in Colombia.
