Full-time, remote SDR role for candidates in Colombia, working as an independent contractor. You'll call owners of established US home service companies in English and book sales meetings for our team.

Pay is in USD, sent through Wise: a $1,000 to $1,200 monthly base fee depending on experience, starting in your first week, plus $50 for every qualified discovery meeting that shows and up to $500 for every meeting that becomes a new client (paid in two parts: half when the client's first payment clears, half at 90 days).
• Your base fee is split into equal weekly payments. It's paid with your show bonuses by end of day Tuesday (Arizona time) for the prior Monday to Friday.
• Close bonuses are paid monthly, by the 5th of the following month.
• Bonuses are uncapped, and a strong month can pay $2,500 to $3,500.

Hours and schedule
• Our calling window is 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM in Colombia), Monday to Friday. You're not expected to work the full window. You choose your hours inside it, and starting early lets you reach East Coast owners during their morning.




• These 9 major US holidays are paid days off when they fall on a weekday (Monday to Friday): New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Holidays that fall on a weekend are not moved to another day.
• You can take other days off unpaid with advance notice. Your weekly base fee is reduced by one-fifth for each weekday off. We rely on your calls to fill our sales calendar, so frequent or unannounced absences may result in ending the contract.
• Hitting 120 to 150 dials a day typically takes about 8 hours of productive calling.
