• You can independently work through lease-related issues, research the underlying documentation, and recommend a clear path forward

Key Responsibilities




• Own the full commercial leasing process from LOI through lease execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Review, analyze, redline, and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and lease documents to protect company and ownership interests
• Review and interpret complex commercial lease provisions, including rent, escalations, CAM/Operating Expenses, insurance, taxes, options, assignments, amendments, and other tenant and landlord obligations
• Oversee the preparation, execution, and management of leases, amendments, assignments, renewals, notices, and other lease-related documents
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on lease interpretation, advising Portfolio Managers on complex terms, obligations, risks, and discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain accurate lease abstracts, critical dates, financial terms, and other lease data within systems such as Yardi
• Review CAM and Operating Expense provisions and sup
