About the Role

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Digital and Marketing Technology Manager to oversee digital marketing operations, marketing technology platforms, agency performance, and digital reporting.The adecuado candidate combines strong technical expertise with marketing knowledge and has hands-on experience implementing systems, designing workflows, solving technical challenges, and optimizing digital performance.

Responsibilities

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage external agencies responsible for Google Ads, website development, and technical integrations.
• Oversee PPC campaigns and evaluate performance based on qualified leads,



conversion rates, and business outcomes.
• Administer and optimize marketing technology platforms, including Lawmatics, Lawbrokr, CallRail, and Voice Assist.
• Manage website content, performance, forms, integrations, and user experience improvements.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and the company newsletter using Mailchimp.
• Monitor SEO performance using Semrush and analyze digital performance through Google Analytics 4.
• Maintain accurate CRM, marketing, and intake data and develop performance dashboards.
• Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, YouTube channel, and digital content distribution.
• Coordinate webinar technology, registration, automation, recording, and reporting.
• Implement approved tracking, privacy, and analytics requirements.
• Provide monthly performance reports and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion.
