About the Role

The Bilingual Claims Examiner is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and adjudicating medical insurance claims while ensuring compliance with policy provisions, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between insured members, healthcare providers, brokers, and internal departments,



delivering accurate claim determinations and excellent customer service.

The Examiner analyzes claim documentation, evaluates eligibility and coverage, identifies discrepancies, and communicates resolutions in a timely manner. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and adjudicate medical claims according to policy coverage and company guidelines.
• Evaluate medical and financial documentation to determine claim eligibility and payment amounts.
• Communicate with insured members, providers, brokers, and agents regarding claim status and coverage inquiries.
• Maintain accurate claim records, prepare reports, and ensure timely case resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
